Pirate Deck Party on the Disney Dream

Pirate Night on the Disney Cruise Line ships is a pretty big deal, as you can tell from this view of the Pirate Deck Party on the Disney Dream.

Things were really just getting started when we were going by, but there was already music, dancing, and colored lights, which made for a good photo opportunity. I’m not really into the dancing scene, so I didn’t feel like I was missing anything when we didn’t join in. But that’s okay.

Later on, there was a brief stage show featuring Captain Jack Sparrow, followed by fireworks. The fireworks were definitely the highlight of the night for me. But the whole night always has a fun atmosphere.

Even if, like me, you aren’t a big party person.
