Photos: The Swamp at the University of Florida

College football season starts today! That means that there will finally be something worth watching on TV again. Yay for that.

What better way to commemorate the start of the football season than by sharing several photos of a nearly empty football stadium? It has become a tradition of ours to stop by the University of Florida as we are driving through the Sunshine State, and we usually make our way over to the football field. The official name is Ben Hill Griffin Stadium at Florida Field. But everyone knows it better as the Swamp.

Here are several views from this summer’s visit to the Swamp. Just imagine what it will be like in a few days, filled with screaming football fans!
