A Side of the Polynesian Village Resort at Walt Disney World

A Side of the Polynesian Village Resort at Walt Disney World

The view from walking along beside one of the buildings at the Polynesian Village Resort at Walt Disney World in the early evening, with Seven Seas Lagoon close by. Yes, I know this isn’t one of those “iconic” Polynesian Village photos that you often see in souvenir guide books and magazines. But to me it definitely captures the feel of the resort as you are out on a quiet evening stroll.

Apparently, I need to work on my blog post naming skills a bit. In looking back through past posts, I have quite a few titled “Evening at the Polynesian,”  or something similar to that. And yes, this is the Polynesian, and I did take the photo in the evening, so it was tempting just to call it that again. And maybe “A Side of the Polynesian Village Resort” really doesn’t make that much sense, but that is the side of one of the buildings, and it is off at the side of the resort, so that’s where that came from.

But I am guessing that most people don’t come here for the snappy titles, anyway. I’m no expert, but I would think the photography is much better than the titles. And probably much better than the text that you find here, too. Maybe for one of these posts with a nice photo I will just say, “Blah blah blah blah blah,” and see if anyone notices.
