Aboard the Disney Wonder

Aboard the Disney Wonder

A look at one of the pools of the Disney Wonder, one of the Disney Cruise Line ships.

The other day, I was going through some of my old cruise photos from 2007 for whatever reason. And as I was looking, this nice, colorful view caught my eye. Looks like perfect sailing weather, doesn’t it?

This was actually when the ship was still docked at Port Canaveral, before we had set sail. That explains the building off to the far right of the frame. Some of the early boarders were already out enjoying the pool and the sun. We were actually making our way to one of the restaurants to eat lunch, but as always I couldn’t resist stopping for a quick photo.

And for a little behind the scenes information, for a couple of years, this photo was my “test photo.” Whenever I had a new processing technique back in the old days, this was one of the two or three photos I would try it out on. However, even though I processed it all kinds of ways, I don’t believe I ever actually did post a version of this photo. Until now.
