Grand Floridian Garden

Grand Floridian Garden at Walt Disney World

While wandering through the grounds of the Grand Floridian Resort at Walt Disney World, we came across this nice garden with a fountain at its center, backed by large trees, a pool, and one of the Grand Floridian buildings. I thought it made a nice scene, even if the trees have grown up enough to partially block the view of the building.

This garden looked like a nice place to sit and relax, perhaps listening to the sounds of people enjoying the pool, or occasionally hearing the train whistle from the Walt Disney World Railroad in the distance. However, most people seemed to walk right past it. Or right through it, as the people in this photo are doing.

You know what they say about taking the time to stop and smell the roses, right? Sometimes, the same should be said for stopping and enjoying the scenery, too.
