Our Christmas Tree

Our Christmas Tree

Here is a quick look at our Christmas tree for this year. For those who have been to our house before, or for those who are just curious, this is the main downstairs tree in our den.

Normally by this time, I have already taken several photos of our Christmas trees. But this year things have been rather hectic so this quick photo is the only one I have taken so far. Maybe there will be more in the near future.

This is a side view, instead of the traditional front view, just for something different. That’s why you can see the power strip off to the side, and why it looks like the tree skirt isn’t centered - it looks better from the front. And we have the tree in a slightly different location this year, just to see how it works out.

Also, you may notice that there isn’t anything on top of the tree. We did have a star on top, but the lights in it quit working the other day. I took it all apart, but I never could get it to work, so we threw it away, but we haven’t had a chance to replace it with anything yet, even though we have some other tree toppers in the attic. That is coming soon.

I hope you are having a great Christmas season!

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. - Isaiah 9:6
