Daily Photo: Miner's Cove

At Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, Miner’s Cove is near the exit to Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Frontierland. It is actually a smoking area, so I haven’t ventured any farther than what this photo shows. However, the landing at the left used to be the load/unload area for Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes, which gives it a bit of history.

Maybe one of these days I will hold my breath and go get some photos from the landing. Looks like there might be some good views from there.
