Daily Photo: Settlement Trading Post at Fort Wilderness

Settlement Trading Post in Fort Wilderness at Walt Disney World

One of the stops we made while we were at Walt Disney World was at the Fort Wilderness Campground. Going to Fort Wilderness brought back a lot of memories for me from when I would stay there with my grandparents in the 1980s.

Fort Wilderness always had a relaxing atmosphere, and I would always enjoy our time there. We would be there for a week, and because we only went to the parks three days, we had lots of time to spend there at the campground. It was always fun.

On our recent visit, Fort Wilderness still seemed much the same. Still that same relaxing feeling everywhere, but still the fun of knowing that the Magic Kingdom was just a short boat ride away.

And fortunately, we were able to leave before those dark clouds produced some rain.
