Daily Photo: Fantasyland in the Evening

Cinderella Castle and Fantasyland in the evening at Walt Disney World

Evening in Fantasyland at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom is always unique as Cinderella Castle looms over the area. As the crowds begin to thin out in the evening, Fantasyland takes on a slightly more relaxed atmosphere.

As we were starting to wind up our evening in the Magic Kingdom, I walked out of one of the shops of Fantasyland and saw this sight. So of course I had to get a photo of it. Instead of going to the trouble of getting out my tripod, I used a conveniently located trash can, which worked just fine.

I am not a big fan of the lines on the ground here, which are evidently used for the purpose of lining up the hordes of strollers that seem to fill up Fantasyland during the day. Maybe they could just use imaginary lines instead.
