Daily Photo: Polynesian Resort in the Evening

As we were strolling through the Polynesian Resort at Walt Disney World one evening, we made our way out to the beach at Seven Seas Lagoon, which is one of the places I like to go there. As we were walking along, we passed one of the Polynesian buildings, and I thought it would make a good photo. Yes, I think that about most everything we pass at Walt Disney World, which is why I have so many photos from there.

I really liked how this one turned out with the small light fixture lighting the foreground. I had my tripod out to take some photos looking across the water at the beach, and because I still had it out, I used it for this shot, because it was starting to get dark out.

It was a nice evening to be out walking around. Hopefully, this photo captures some of that atmosphere, because it does bring back those memories to me. And after all, that is my main purpose for photography - to keep my memories, and to be able to share them with others.
