The Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover track turns a corner in Tomorrowland as people down below go about their normal futuristic business.

I am glad that they brought back the PeopleMover name, because that is what everyone calls it anyway. And I always have a bit of nostalgia for the old WEDway PeopleMover, which was its original name, even if it did have more than its fair share of capital letters. However, the Tomorrowland Transit Authority name by itself was already a mouthful. So was the best way to handle bringing back the PeopleMover name to just tack that on the end of an already long name?

“What do you want to ride next?”

“How about the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover?”

No, I’m sure everyone just says, “The PeopleMover.” Everything old is new again.
