Daily Photo: To Luau Cove at the Polynesian

To Luau Cove at the Polynesian Village Resort at Walt Disney World

The setting sun illuminates one of the buildings at the Polynesian Resort at Walt Disney World.

When I look at this, I wonder what was really the focus of this shot. And I realize that there isn’t one. However, I like several elements of this. I always like the signs with the Menehune at the top of them, so I made certain to get one in one of my shots. I like the ducks looking for something to eat in the background. I like the sunlight on the building. I like the evening sky. And I even like the palm trees.

So even though there is not one singular focus for this photo, to me it perfectly captures an evening at the Polynesian Resort.
