Mickey Mouse in the Christmas Parade in the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World

Mickey Mouse waves to the crowd while standing near the Christmas tree on a float in the Walt Disney World Christmas Parade at the Magic Kingdom. Also on the float with him are Minnie Mouse and Duffy the Bear. Not that most people know who Duffy is, but that is beside the point.

In the Christmas parade, I don’t know who everyone gets more excited about seeing - Mickey Mouse or Santa Claus. Both are popular with the crowd. Both are internationally known. However, you can see Santa just about anywhere; check any mall around Christmas. But it takes a little more work to see Mickey Mouse, so maybe he is actually the more popular one here.

And not everyone can get away with wearing a bright red Christmas blazer quite like Mickey Mouse can.
