I don't see anything dangerous in the photo if the riders follow all rules and remain seated properly. The difference is that people today don't do that and lawyers love those kinds of folks. I just watch this video and I could only wonder what Walt was saying in each scene shot and I bet at the time before he had his own Backyard Railroad he was probably in his mind think "I want this, I want this, I want this"

Hopefully the tunnel will stay there forever because thats all that left on site of the original ROW on the property.

Wish the Pacific Coast Railroad could some who do this again although this is not likely to happen but still bring both the Combine and the "Lilly Belle aka Grand Canyon" Observation car to have the complete Retlaw 1 Consist but its more likely going to be a pipe dream....

Sorry to say, Sierra, but Disney seriously, heavily and with diliberate Disnification in mind, altered the looks of 3, 4, and 5 from their original looks. 4 was a saddle tank engine with no tender and no front pilot.
