Here are some Marketplace rules to go along with the main board rules:
1. Burnsland and the moderators are not responsible nor liable for any postings or selling practices.
2. These are gentleman's agreements between members, deceivery, misrepresentations and general shenanigans will not be tolerated and may be cause for a member to no longer being allowed to sell on Burnsland.
3. No posting bad or rude comments about members selling or buying.
4. Disney Railroad and general railroad items only, no couches, comfy chairs, tables, seesaws, swing sets, wives etc for sale here
5. The moderators have the right to remove postings found to be most foul and heinously hideous to the senses.
6. One item per topic, please. Makes it easier to scan through the list and see what is there.
7. When you list an item, indicate how you want to be contacted. A private message is probably the best option. Use caution if you share your email address or phone number publicly. The moderators will not be responsible if you post without exercising good judgement.
