I often get messages from people asking if there are any more Fort Wilderness engines to be found. I always point them at eBay, as they do pop up there from time to time. Usually, though, the price is steep: I've seen them sell for more than $1500.
Right now, there's one on eBay with a starting bid of $499. That's a very reasonable price for an engine that is brand new, never run.

If you are serious about owning one of these, here's your chance. And if you choose to not bid on it, then please don't complain in the future that you "didn't know about it", "it was too rich for my blood", etc.
