Good news... with a little encouragement, and a site provided to me by a friend, the Fort Wilderness Railroad website is BACK!
I'm slowly piecing the puzzle back together of the old site, so please be patient. The info on the site is frozen in time from the day it went offline, so it will need updating over time.
The new address is: www.fwrr.info
Enjoy and look for updates soon!

Very good news! Perhaps David Leaphart's book and the new-run Accucraft models will help get more people interested in the FWRR.

Grats, David.
You did a good job the first time, so I know the second will be a sucess. Maybe you can make a guest log in to receive emails when you update with new content this time.

Awesome! I hope to see an updated status on how the various restorations of the equipment are coming along.
Re: FWRR site is BACK online
Perhaps the forum admin can change the url of the FWRR banner at the bottom of this forum so that it points to the new site instead of the defunct URL.

Re: FWRR site is BACK online
Easier said than done, because it took me a few minutes to remember how to change that. But it works correctly now, I believe. The graphic still says "FortWildernessRR.com", but it links to the correct URL.PWCPhoto wrote:Perhaps the forum admin can change the url of the FWRR banner at the bottom of this forum so that it points to the new site instead of the defunct URL.
