New York Street In the first year of the Disney-MGM Studios, the
only way to see New York Street was by taking the
Backstage Tour. In 1990, it was opened to guests. Advertisements for companies who sponsor
other attractions in the parks, such as
Chevrolet, are seen along the street to add to its real-world feel.
