Daily Photo: Splash Mountain and Blue Sky

Splash Mountain at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom - stand back, you might get wet! Well, not really. And don’t try to make it more realistic by splashing water on your computer screen, because that probably wouldn’t go over well, either. Especially if you are on the work computer.

I always like how the colors of Splash Mountain stand out, especially against a bright blue Florida sky.

About the Photo

I should have timed this better - a log had just gone down the big drop. In fact, you can see the end of it just above the rocks. Three exposures (-2, 0, +2) tonemapped in Photomatix, edited in PaintShop Pro. Read more about the photo software I use.
