Wrapping up the week of Old Photos is this view of the Tree of Life from our trip to Walt Disney World in 2008. To me, the greens and blues are great here.

It seems like we don’t get to Animal Kingdom all that often these days, just once every couple of years or so. I do still enjoy the park, but it would probably rank at the bottom of my list of the four parks at Walt Disney World. While it has lots of things that I enjoy, none of them are enough to make me want to make a dedicated visit to Animal Kingdom.

Rumors abound that the Avatar expansion of Animal Kingdom is dead. But then, those rumors conflict with the other rumors that say they are still working on it. I don’t think that will affect my visits to Animal Kingdom all that much, mainly because I am not an Avatar fan. Maybe I should actually watch the movie one of these days and see if I like it.

Hopefully, whatever they do to Animal Kingdom, they won’t ruin great views like this one.
