On the evening of Memorial Day, we had a rather hazy sunset. Actually, for much of the afternoon we had some high clouds, and this is what you see here. Don’t worry, we don’t have smog or some other air pollution issues. Just some clouds that were blocking the sun.
And I did rather like the way that the clouds spread the sunlight through the sky. Not to mention the way that they blocked some of the sun’s heat earlier in the day. Although even more clouds blocking the sun would have been better when I was out sweating while cutting the grass. Sun is nice, but clouds are often nice, too. I like clouds more and more these days.
Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides on the clouds; rejoice before him—his name is the Lord. – Psalm 68:4
