Disney Dream Promenade

Disney Dream Promenade

I have mentioned before that on our previous cruises with the Disney Cruise Line that we liked to spend a lot of time on the Deck 4 Promenade, just sitting and watching the water go by. But as I also have mentioned, on this cruise we had a room with a verandah, which means that we didn’t spend as much time on the Promenade. It was more than a fair trade, in my opinion.

But that isn’t to say that we avoided the Promenade entirely. We would go out there to walk at night, or sometimes just to enjoy the breeze in the middle of the day.

This particular photo was from our day at sea, and I was really surprised that there were some empty chairs out there, as it seems like they were more crowded on our previous cruises. I suppose everyone was upstairs at the pool or in line for the AquaDuck, or they were out on their own verandahs as we were much of the time.

But even with our own private area, I still like this area pretty well. And I always like seeing the large yellow lifeboats suspended overhead, too. A cool area of a cool ship.

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. - Romans 12:12
