Small update: I did the Steam Trains tour a week or so ago and it appears all the wheel sets for the 100 consist are back.

Great seeing all the engines on the line. "Lilly Belle" looks and sounds great! I wonder when they're going to re-allign the consists so that she has her passenger cars back? As of now, they don't bring her out unless they REALLY need a third train. And I mean REALLY need. But they still ...

As I was leaving work today, I saw three sets of drive wheels sitting in front of the roundhouse. Since they are whitewalled and I know Roger was running today, I can only assume they are Walter's. Are they already getting ready to ship him off now that Lilly's back?

Got a good look at her as I left work tonight. Having never seen her in person before, I'm surprised at how much smaller than the twins and even Roy she is. Or is my brain playing tricks on me?

According to a Cast Member I spoke with this morning, it'll be several months before we see Lilly pound the rails again. Disney's got all kinds of safety tests she has to go through before she's put back into service.
