Actually the locomotive is some times Roy like 0:34, 0:40 and the final scene at 1:23. I may have missed other appearances but Roy's stack is unmistakable. OOP's double posting error

We rode Roger during our Early morning visit to the roundhouse. Walt was already out on the tracks after the morning show. We got to watch them fire Roy and Walt and Roy worked the rest of our stay at WDW. This was Feb 2012, if memory serves.

We often switch the consists around. As of now Roy is still pulling Lilly's Green cars and Lilly has Walt's Red cars attached. Because the Blue cars, Roy's, are out for refurb.

I do believe Dreamer has stated in other posts that they are a CM at WDW. Shane would know for sure.
