Passing of a friend

Post by IDMT129 »

Ron Hunter, owner of Hunter Railway Systems, and a sponsor of these boards, passed away last night in his home in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ron was diagnosed with Pneumonia and died from heart complications related to the fluid in his lungs. Ron is survived by his wife, Jamie.

For those that don't know Ron and Jamie created the tables and elevated rail system that was on display at Disneyland for the rail event. Ron created the Helix system that is used by Fire Geek, and was working on installing elevated rail systems for the Egg and I food chain in Las Vegas. If you visit the site there is video footage of the completed system in one of the stores.
