On location in Santa Fe, NM for Netflix miniseries "GODLESS"

Post by Retlaw7 »

I just returned from 10 days of on location filming in Santa Fe , NM for the upcoming 2017 ~6 part Netflix miniseries "GODLESS" The movie company was here in Durango for 3 days back in June shooting on the train. I play the engineer for the flashback that sets up episode 1 to air sometime in the beginning of 2017. I won't reveal what actually happens on the train or should I say to the train (and me). This is a very intense Western Starring Jeff Daniels, Jack O'Connell, Sam Waterston, and Michelle Dockery from Downton Abbey. I was very honored to get to work with the Director Scott Frank, Cinematographer Steven Maizler and Stunt Coordinators Jeff and Chad Dashnaw. Thank you makeup for 6 days of intense makeup and removal! Something I will never forget! I'll keep you posted on air dates!

I wish Burnsland had a "like" button, because I'd press it right about now! Way to go, Hollywood Bill!

Awesome, Bill. So how does it feel to be in a Back to the Future film?

Congratulations! It sounds like this was a much bigger role than the one you played in Golden Dreams at California Adventure. Your arm did get a lot of screen time in that one though. :)

Wow, we now have a true celebrity here at Burnsland! :)
